The ball check valve is a check valve that adopts a multi-ball, multi-channel, and multi-cone flow reverse structure . It is mainly composed of front and rear valve bodies, rubber balls, cone bodies, etc.
Its working principle is: the rubber ball rolls in a short stroke in the ball cover to open and close the valve.
When the pump starts, the water pressure break to open the rubber ball .causing the rubber ball to roll to the right side, where it passes through the valve in the rear valve body,the cone fixes its position and the check valve opens. After the pump stops, due to the return pressure in the pipeline system, force the rubber ball to roll to the left front valve body to close the check valve. The rubber ball is a hollow steel ball with an external rubber with good Resilient ,not only ensures sealing, but also reduces damage to the pipeline system during the valve closing process.The cone with holes plays a role in fixing the steel ball and eliminating the contact between the rubber ball and the cone when the valve is opened.makes the contact as a surface contact, reducing the water loss of hydraulic force caused by the vibration of the rubber ball in the valve body.
