Product Description
The swing-type German standard F6 hard-sealed check valve is a high-performance check valve that complies with German industrial standards (DIN/EN). It is designed for harsh working conditions and is suitable for one-way flow control of high-temperature, high-pressure, corrosive or particle-containing media. The valve disc structure is fixed in the valve body by a hinge shaft and can rotate freely around the axis. During forward flow, the medium pressure pushes the valve disc to open; during reverse flow, the valve disc closes quickly under its own weight and the reverse pressure of the medium. The sealing form adopts a metal hard seal, and the sealing surface is precisely ground to ensure zero leakage under high temperature and high pressure.

Corrosion resistance: stainless steel, Hastelloy and other materials are selected to withstand corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
Metal hard seal: Class VI sealing (airtight level) is achieved through high hardness sealing surface (HRC≥50) and precise matching, and the leakage rate is close to zero.
Anti-particle erosion: The swing structure has strong tolerance to particle-containing media, and the carbide sealing surface reduces wear.
Low flow resistance design: The flow channel is unobstructed when fully open, and the pressure drop is lower than that of ordinary check valves, reducing system energy consumption.
