Swing Check Valve

The swing check valve adopts a hinged mechanical structure, and its core moving parts are composed of a high-precision machined metal pin system. The valve disc forms a dynamic sealing system with the valve seat through a precisely calculated gravity balance design. The typical structure includes:

. Swing arm valve disc assembly: manufactured by casting or forging process, the thickness is optimized by fluid mechanics simulation

. Low friction pivot system: including self-lubricating bearings or hardened sleeves

. Valve body flow channel: streamlined design simulated by CFD to minimize turbulence

Sealing technology system

· Elastic sealing type

· Material selection: EPDM, NBR or fluororubber (according to the characteristics of the medium)

· Composite sealing structure: redundant design of O-ring + lip seal

Surface Treatment:

· Epoxy resin coating (dry film thickness 250-300μm, in accordance with AWWA C550 standard)

· Lining optional butyl rubber (2mm thickness, acid and alkali resistant PH 2-12)

·Applicable pressure range: PN10-PN25

·Recommended medium:

·Temperature: -20℃~120℃ (conventional type)

·Solid content: ≤15% (wear-resistant valve seat required)

Ductile iron swing check valve is particularly suitable for municipal water supply, sewage treatment plant lifting pump station and other scenarios. In the medium containing chloride ions ≤500ppm, it can achieve a design life of 30 years with epoxy coating.
