Product Description
·Dual valve linkage: main valve (pressure-bearing body) + external pilot control valve (pressure sensor)
·Bypass installation: connected in parallel to the main pipeline, does not affect the operation of the main system
·Precise pressure relief: set pressure range 0.5-4.0MPa (accuracy ±1.5%)
·Overpressure protection: opening response time ≤0.3 seconds, discharge flow reaches 120% of system flow
·Automatic reset: automatically closes when pressure drops to 95% of the set value
·Water hammer control: graded pressure relief design, peak pressure reduction by 60%
·High-rise building fire protection system: protect pump group/pipeline (working pressure ≤2.5MPa)
·Industrial circulating water system: replace traditional spring safety valve, maintenance cost reduced by 40%
The valve consists of a main valve and an external control pilot valve. Mainly installed in the bypass of building protected water supply system , to guarantee the pressure in the water supply area upstream of the main valve . When the pressure in the water supply pipe exceeds the set pressure of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve is opened to prevent the pipeline and equipment from being damaged due to over pressure. The valve is mainly used for pressure relief of the circulating system of high-rise building fire test.
It is the upgrade product for spring type safety valve.
