Product Description

The concealed stem handwheel hard seal gate valve is suitable for working conditions with limited space or concealed installation due to its compact structure and high reliability. Its valve stem is built-in and does not rise and fall with the gate, and the overall height is low, saving installation space, especially suitable for underground pipelines or equipment-intensive areas. The hard seal adopts a metal-to-metal structure (such as stainless steel gate and carbide valve seat), which is resistant to high temperature (up to 400°C or above), high pressure (such as Class 300/600), particle wear and corrosive media. The sealing surface is precisely ground, and the self-cleaning ability is strong during the opening and closing process, and the tightness is maintained for a long time. The handwheel directly drives the valve stem to rotate, the transmission ratio is optimized, the operating torque is small, the opening and closing is easy, and no external power is required. The valve stem is completely isolated from the medium, and is sealed with high-density packing to avoid the risk of external leakage; the valve body is made of high-strength cast iron or cast steel, which is resistant to pressure and impact.
