Product Description
Rising stem hard seal gate valve is known for its high sealing and durability, and is suitable for high temperature, high pressure and harsh media conditions. Its hard seal adopts metal-to-metal structure (such as stainless steel gate and carbide valve seat), with a temperature resistance of more than 500℃, high pressure resistance (such as Class 600/900), strong resistance to particle erosion and corrosion, and avoids the risk of soft seal aging and leakage. The rising stem design exposes the valve stem, which can intuitively display the opening, facilitate operation and monitoring, and the valve stem is isolated from the medium, with multi-layer packing seal to reduce corrosion hazards. The valve body is made of high-strength cast steel or alloy material, which is resistant to pressure and deformation; the gate guide is precise, the opening and closing torque is small, and it can be adapted to worm gear or electric actuator. The hard seal surface is precision ground or sprayed, with self-cleaning ability, and can be adjusted to compensate and restore the seal after wear to extend the service life.
