Product Description
A removable joint is a device used to connect two or more parts in a piping system. Its main feature is that it can be easily disassembled and reassembled when needed, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. The following are several common removable joints and their characteristics and uses: Removable double flange force transfer joint: This joint consists of loose sleeve expansion joints, short pipe flanges and force transfer screws. It is mainly used to transfer the pressure thrust of the connected parts and compensate for pipeline errors, but cannot absorb axial displacement. It is suitable for loose sleeve connections of accessories such as pumps, valves, and pipelines. It has a flange connection method, a working pressure between 0.6-1.6MPa, and is suitable for media such as water and sewage.
Easy maintenance: The flange connection design allows for quick disassembly, simplifying the pipeline inspection and component replacement process.
Transmitting pressure thrust: The internal pressure thrust of the pipeline is evenly transmitted through the force transmission screw to protect pumps, valves and other equipment from impact damage.
Compensating for installation errors: The loose sleeve telescopic structure can absorb radial offset (±5~10mm) and angular deviation (±3°), reducing pipeline stress.
Flexible installation: The flange connection is compatible with standard pipeline systems and supports horizontal and vertical installation.
Wide applicability: The working pressure range is 0.6~1.6MPa, suitable for non-corrosive media such as water and sewage.
Reliable sealing: Rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings ensure the tightness between flange surfaces to prevent leakage.
