Flange Adaptor

Ductile iron flange adapter is a component used to connect pipes, usually made of ductile iron, with the characteristics of wide range of caliber adaptation. It is connected by flange bolts and is suitable for various steel pipes, PE pipes and cast pipes. It can withstand certain pressure and torque to ensure the stability and sealing of the connection. Ductile iron flange adapters are widely used in various pipeline systems, especially in places where high-strength connections and good sealing are required. They are commonly used in water supply, drainage, gas and other pipeline systems, and can withstand certain pressure and temperature changes to ensure the stable operation of the pipeline system.

High strength: Through spheroidization, graphite exists in spherical form, with tensile strength ≥420 MPa and flexural strength ≥590 MPa, close to the performance of carbon steel.

High toughness: elongation ≥10%, can withstand impact loads and foundation settlement deformation, and avoid brittle fracture.

Corrosion resistance: Ductile iron's soil corrosion resistance is more than 3 times that of ordinary cast iron. With anti-corrosion coating (such as epoxy resin, zinc-aluminum alloy spraying), the service life can reach 50~100 years.

Casting performance: Good fluidity, can cast complex structures (such as special-shaped flanges, multi-interface adapters), reducing processing costs.
